I did one of those group fitness classes yesterday and I can no longer hold myself upright. What I can manage to do is type this blog on my friends IPad. That is the coolest thing ever. Plus it is permission to type with two fingers...Yay!
I tried blogging on an iPad. At first it was fun but not as fast as my laptop so I went back to the computer. I'm trying to shave off as many seconds as I can during this A to Z Challenge and it's still kicking my butt.
I'm enjoying reading through your posts. I'm glad I found your blog. I'm stopping by from the A to Z challenge and I look forward to reading more from you.
Have to laugh. I appreciate your sore abs, for me it's le muscles I hadn't used for a while. I don't need an excuse for two finger typing. I don't think anyone around here wants to try and stop me. (insert evil laugh)
Thanks for visiting my blog today. I appreciated your comments. I like it that you like Moonstruck also. I loved that movie, especially when Cher hits him. "Snap out of it!" Have used that quote many a time for a sad friend, minus the slap of course. At least I think she hit him, didn't she? Memory is going. I had better watch it again. Love that movie.
"If it aches, it must be doing you good!" Who said that?!?! LOL!!! Well done you though!!!
ReplyDeleteTake care

I have actually had my abs rumble during a workout before, the muscles not the stomach. Pain was to follow...
