Wouldn't it be nice if going under the knife could solve all our problems. I just spend ALL DAY at the gym and what does my husband say? "Are you going back for that yoga class you wanted to try?" Is he crazy? What part of ALL DAY does he not understand? It is now 7:30 pm and if he thinks my feet can even carry me to bed, he's got another think coming! I am so exausted, I can't even chew dinner. I would rather be hungry.
You take it easy now!!! Yay for you for going to the gym!!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI hope you get to eat something to see you through the evening!!!
Take care

So my husband is quite overweight. (Needless to say neither of us ever go to the gym.) But he researched the gastric bypass surgery and found that the victims I mean people can only eat 1/2 cup of food every 2 hours forever after their surgeries. Those who start to eat more gradually regain their weight and become fat again. So he decided to spare himself the danger and expense of a surgery and just go on the 1/2 cup every 2 hrs. This week he lost 4 lbs.
ReplyDelete(= Smart to take it easy after working hard. Gives your body time to recover. Without it your body releases stress hormones, like cortisol which causes weight gain. Funny how sometimes more is not better.
ReplyDeleteWhat cute cats!!!!I love your site and as I browsed your blog I decided to award you the Powerful Woman Writer Award.

ReplyDeleterunning off the screen in Opera. I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I thought I'd post to let you
