I have joined a new gym this month. It is a beautiful place to hang out. I can spend the day in the spa, sauna, shower, and pretend like I am working out. Unfortunately, my husband comes, too. This is a guy that will say, "I am going lite today" and then come home six hours later. What does that mean, going lite? He is in excellent physical shape, runs 14 miles uphill for fun, and does bicep curls with 90lb weights. When we go together, I come home beat. By myself, I come home smelling pretty and fresh from a massage/facial.
Definately should make it a point to go to the gym on your own.

Hahaha - love it! I remember going to a gym just because it did fantastic milkshakes. :)
ReplyDeleteRight across from my yoga studio there is a small women-only fitness center. You get your own key so you can go whenever you want. It's always really quiet and no sweaty guys hogging the equipment. :-)
ReplyDeleteI just work out at home. Then I have no excuses not to go.
ReplyDeleteHahahhahahahah sometimes the work out partner idea is SUCH a downer! :)
ReplyDeleteLOL Something tells me you may have missed the point.
ReplyDeletehahahaha I like that!
