How is it possible that you can take something named cream and make it even better when it is "sour"? Shouldn't that make it worse? I thought sour was bad.... Today for dinner my husband made ground turkey. Nothing else, just ground turkey sitting in a pan. So I added a can of stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, and a can of corn. Voila! now we have a meal. And hidden in the back of the fridge is a tiny little container of sour cream I have been saving for a special occasion. One little dollop and I was in heaven. Ahhhh. I feel so much better.
