Sour....Cream

How is it possible that you can take something named cream and make it even better when it is "sour"?  Shouldn't that make it worse?  I thought sour was bad....  Today for dinner my husband made ground turkey.  Nothing else, just ground turkey sitting in a pan.  So I added a can of stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, and a can of corn.  Voila! now we have a meal.  And hidden in the back of the fridge is a tiny little container of sour cream I have been saving for a special occasion.  One little dollop and I was in heaven.  Ahhhh.  I feel so much better.

    Sour Cream is amazing!!! It's great for even cake topping (add a bit of sugar, squeeze of lemon... yum!!!). Why is it called sour cream?!!? It should be renamed Yummy Cream!!

    Sour cream and sour dough bread and sour milk pancakes, maybe the secret to a great recipe is screwing something up and going through with it anyway.

    Sounds like you have taken a leaf from the book of Mother of Invention. Sounds like plain old ground turkey turned into a mouthwatering feast.
