Should I change my career? Should I throw it all away to pursue a dream I have had for two days? What is missing in my life that I am always looking for change? Yesterday my husband and I were talking about moving out of the country for a year just for variety. Why do we want to drop everything to live in Brazil? Or Italy? Or Australia, Thailand, Egypt, Ireland, or Guatemala?
I have no idea.
because you can?
ReplyDeleteI think Tara's comment says it all. It's that grass is always greener thought, I guess. Or maybe the search for the end of the rainbow? Either way sounds very exciting though!
ReplyDeleteI do the same thing!!!! I have moved 15 times in 10 years, or something like that. I switch jobs, dye my hair, whatever I can to change a situation. I think it's healthy (I hope)
ReplyDeleteHow exciting for you!!! Why on earth not?!!? As Tara says here: yes you can!! Awwww I;m so happy for you both!! Yay!!! Take care

Do it before the day comes when you can't.
ReplyDeleteYes do it! Change it all up! Oh wait, that's easy for ME to say....
ReplyDeleteWe are doing something like that ourselves - house is for sale, plan to buy a nice big comfy RV and spend the next couple years following the sun.
Do it! Just go! :)
ReplyDeleteWhy are we even discussing this. Pack your bags already......
ReplyDeleteJane, your blog URL is not linked to your profile, I had to google your name from my followers list. Just thought I'd give you a heads up....Ciao, or what do they say in Brazil?
ReplyDeleteWell, it would certainly be a change.
ReplyDeleteDo this while you're young and can enjoy different places. I've always wanted to travel, but now know I'll never get to Europe. But I have traveled and moved a lot with Jen and her wheelchair. Not the way I ever envisioned it, but I'm satisifed.
ReplyDeleteBest not to think about it too much. If you both agree to it, then just pack your bags, as Wendy G. says.
